Ian's space

I had an excellent cross country season. It capped of with m earning all canada status in Cross Country. Which was prtty cool even though I felt more all canada before it. It was a huge award in my carreer because I put in allot of hard work to get it. At the race it was one of the most intense races I went through and that day I really had to work to maintian my position. It was something that was not easy. It was tough I often thought about the effort I put into it after ward and wondered was it worth it. I was really happy with the race and some of the stuff that happened afterwards

I think about it now and it was worth  ever moment of my time and probably would do the same thing over again.

I asked a girl to marry me since the last blog. So I am engaged. What other stuff to update *thinking* Oh I got really cool ipod to listen to my music> I ended up using my last year of eligabilty for university. It was quite a year. Iran really well. Well I stil have one more race to go next weekend. I hope to run a pr. Theirs the chance I could go all the way to nationals again if I race a smart race. In the fall I plan to race in a marathon just because it 42 km and something that would be a huge start in my carreer. I never actaully ran 42 km in the same run in one day. But once I did three separate long run in one day without eatting in a 26 hour period. It totaled over 27 miles. Which is the equiivalent to a marathon. So I know I am capable of running over 42 k if I plan the run right. Racing it may be a huge expereince thought. I excited to run the steeple for another season. This year I want to run a race that will take me somewhere.

I have decided with careful decision. I will be running for the U of Golden bear this year . I am excited. This will be my lastyear running on univerisity team. After this it  will be busting it out with club teams in Canada and hopefully on to team Canada.

From the ASAA to the NAIA to the NCAA DIV 1 to the CIS.

I was bird (Cardinal) , a crusader, An eagle , a T Rex dino and now a Golden Grizzly Bear. This will be my second year with the Bears. It's awesomo.

The U of Team is solid and am happy to know I will be finishing my university carreer as a Bear.

U of C Bears are the Kraziest!

I went to 2 wedding in the past two weeks it was awesome. The summers here in e town are great. Its going to be fall soon.

2 weeks till school. Than its back into the Grind.

I going to be busting up the trails once agian for Cross Country season. I'm pretty excited. I will not be joining the U of A Bears this year. I would like to focus on running steeple next year at krazy fast times.

That all I have to say for now.
